These people keep calling my cell number they have my the last four numbers of my social  and my son social, my daughter. who are theses people. I don't owe anyone my identification  been stolen twice and they say nasty things. they never give me enough information. so I want they to stop.

This Company is National Credit Works, and they are a debt collector.

They just called me at work and said they are serving me court papaer here at work tomorrow... Silly people..

Get calls about once a week regarding returned checks when I have no checking account, pay-day loans in an amount above $500 when I have no job to receive a check from for a loan.  Lawsuits and service of complaints are threatened.  Call back number is disconnected.  People who call are very rude and threatening.  Actually, they even threatened filing suit in a court that doesn't exist in my area.

I've been getting calls from this number for the last week or 2.  From what I've heard in the messages that they've left is that they are giving me until 3pm ET tomorrow to contact them or they are going to 'forward my file to their legal department'.  I had a friend that got several similar calls last year,  but nothing was ever done to him.  So the question is, will the party at the other end of these calls actually able to do what they say or is it just harassment? Does anyone know anymore about this?

There was a message on my answering machine last week from NCW for my SIL and they had her name correct.  Same story as the one above. They were going to forward the file to the legal dept. if they didn't get a call back immediately.  

Today there was another message from NCW that the check that was written was returned for insufficient funds and they needed a call back to clear up the matter.  They wanted a return call to 1-866-231-8999.  My DH called them and told them to stop calling us.

I don't know if this is legit. or not.  I do know my SIL has a real problem paying her bills.

Received message saying an item had been returned by our bank.  No such event occurred.

Same story. Get automated calls I never answer to my voicemail - always same garbage. Happens pretty much daily. Doesn't bother me - I just delete.

I just got a call from a family member, regarding a call from a "miss stacy" . Who acted like she knew them well. She stated my family (whose was the supposed only number she had), was to call her back. NOT TO CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW what was going on.  Sounds really fishy!

Just received a vm stating Ihad a court date on August 2,2011, but he stating I have stated now I ave a pending court date for the 9th of August.  He stated I had a credit card with the Bank of Delaware for 1200 and the settlement is for 450. But he stated i needed to pull my credit report. He also staed they will issue a warrant for my arrest. But still could not tell me what court date.  I told I would go to court so tell i needed him to tell what court I needed to report to.  NO INformation Im not psay nohing till they show me prove.

They are scamming for personal information, NOT a real debt collector. DO NOT give these people any personal information. Also , turn them into the attorney general of your state.

This number has called my house for months. It is a scam. The 866 number is not a valid number. They have called with different complaints including a debt and a returned check. They have also used different last names but the correct first name. Its is getting very annoying. Why don't people get a job and stop trying to steal for a living. If you are getting calls from this number DO NOT give them any personal info. This is how they steal your identity!

Stupid people, saying they have a court summons for me, but they need to get my signature before they can give it to a judge. Get a life people!!!

They are part of a scam!!!

SCAM ALERT! They called and hung up when I answered. I called back and they wanted my name and other information. My neighbor said he researched them and found out they are trying to get personal information by posing as a different company than who they really are. This operation needs to be reported to the Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau! They need to be shut down as soon as possible!!!!
