    This number is from The Trading Post. They sell "cigars" (cigarettes wrapped in brown paper to meet tax code as cigar). They have, in my experience VERY POOR customer service. Charged my cc & didn't ship merchandise. It is no bargain and, in my opinion, not worth it.

    Got this call on my land-line at 10:18 24-Jun-2011 from; 866-232-6463; caller ID indicated 'TOLL FREE'. Only message on answering machine; "Is '<name>' there?"

    All the people I know leave real clear messages on my answering machine. I ignore those that do not leave honest messages on my machine.

    This number calls at least once a day, so I called it back and got an answering machine and asked to be taken off their call list, and the very next day got another call! I just called again and left another message.

    They started calling me about three weeks age, claiming first, that the adult male in the house ordered an electronic cigarette; later this was changed to I ordered this. I told them I did not order this, nor did the male. A week later they called again, asking if I received it.As you can imagine I experienced de ja vu in the phone conversation that ensued. They insisted that it had been ordered and delivered to my address, it was not. Today they called, and said they were going to review the case and to return the cigarette. I lost my patients and told them I NEVER received this, nor did I order it, do what you have to do, it isn't my concern, and stop calling my house, or I would get them for harassment.

    Don't answer them, they want  to sell you a product that they don't ship you, then bill you for the item not sent. It's an electronic cigarette.... First I said I didnt want it, then they said it was free and if i didn't like it I can ship back with no cost. I said fine even though i didn't want it......waited a month and 1/2 and nothing received but invoices, and past due amounts..If I liked it i would have bought it, if i didn't I would have shipped it back obviously duh! Horrible customer service, gave me a hard time, hung up on me, also said they don't have a manager, and that they can't help me. I asked again for a manager then finally directed my call to a manager named Roy, who then told me, that he would call me back after listening to tapes from the order, never called me back,I called him 2 days later only to have him tell me I needed to handle this matter with USPS~! So I called them, but needed a tracking number... so I call again and Sharon answered, again she didn't want to give me to a manager, she then said she was the manager... two days ago she told me there wasn't a manager and now 3 day after she's one!!! REALLY~!!!?, Regardless, I asked for a tracking number, she said they don't have tracking numbers, but then corrected herself 5 secs later and said yes we do have tracking number but u would have to call this other number, I demanded a manager again to fix this major prob since the billing department keeps calling me!!!!! she re directed my call (actually just put me on hold) to speak with some Danial Reenee who was probably the nicest one out of the ten fake ppl who work there, she understood where i was coming from, then also said i would have to wait for the manager, after threatening  to report them to BBB she then got ROY the manager on the phone again and he actually cleared the balance to zero.. The bottom line is these idiots don't know customer service, how to run a company or run a company legitimately.What company sends a product without a tracking number!!!! IF I had the product wouldn't they think that I would send it back so I wouldn't be billed or even deal with this madness~!!!?! I wonder what other scam they had up there sleeve if i did receive this product, and sent it back!

    thats weird....I have been ordering from this customer for over 10 years. I have had problems in the past but it was with UPS not delivery the product. The best thing about them is they will offer you credit with out running credit or needing private info, I was told they believe in trust. May be you had a bad experience but for what they do and how they handle it, Im happy.

    Most of the people I speak with help me out.

    Calls early in the am, calls several times a day, calls e v e r y d a y!! Finally left a message saying they were the Trading Post calling me to "follow up". I never ordered anything from them and I do not smoke. When I block one of the numbers they are using from ringing my phone, they come up with another. It's getting to the point that I assign a special ring tone to the people I DO want to talk to and I don't answer any other calls. Most of these unwanted calls are telemarketing or political and I have no use for either.

    yeah Im sure its weird to you .........kind of funny how thts what the POS Dane told me at your beloved Trading POst. How are you the only one who has had a good experience????? Out of all these people on this site and others have been complaining????? Kind of weird huh????? I got suckerd by them also. Iv'e reported them to the BBB & the Attorney General office!!!!!!! Good Luck ripping people off after I blab :) how sad to rip people off just sad!!!!!

    Called twice today - at 4:45pm and again at 5:35pm.Must be getting desperate!!They ring it until the voice mail picks up  pausing long enough to record them hanging up on voicemail. I'm going to have to change the voicemail setting so that it rings longer before picking up, thus wasting their time. They call here daily and on weekends and I've never picked up - they just keep on calling and calling.

    Received a call yesterday and again today from this number. No message but when traced back it goes to The Trading Post. I told them last year I am on the National and State DO NOT CALL LIST. Advised them if they called again I was filing a complaint with the State Attonrey's office. WEll, they have started again so I am filing a formal complaint today. No one has ever called them from my phone and it is illegal to telemarket numbers, cell or landline, if listed on the National or State registries. Check your state lists and also the national one.

    Keep getting hang up calls from this number. The last time they left a message where a man left a creepy laugh on my answering machine. Disturbing - they shouldn't be allowed to do this to people.

    please do not buy electric cig customers return them and they resend them 2 other clients used and un clean trust me i worked there my advise and they are so cheap thats why they send them on credit  they get them in china then charged much more 4 them

    There is no C/S; they have one person answering the phone. She is C/S and everything. She is overworked and underpaid. She answers all calls herself 7 to 8 hrs a day. That's why C/S is bad—1 person answering all calls and other duties. Company is struggling. The owner died last yr; there are 2 keep it together without him. Trust me, I worked there.

    I work here and disagree with what the person that worked here says! I am a empleyee here who sells and takes orders of smokes and e cig products. We are a family owned company and we are doing very well. We help all our clients with state of the art customer service. We are the only company out there that extends credit to our customers. I am sorry that person feels that way. We go out of out way to help our clients.
