The phone call said there has been a complaint filed against me . If Imdont contact them within the next forty eight hours. They will file necessary papers. These numbers have been coming about 4 times a day

Same as above and when I press them on things they cannot provide any information to me. I told them I would do some research and call them back. I called my bank and there are no records of anything they had said. I then called my attorney and he said to get their info and he would contact them. I called this number back and let them know this information and they hung up on me. SCAM!

Rcvd same exact call. I called them back and told them kindly that I was aware this was a scam and to remove my number from the call list. They did not deny the fact that this was a scam and agreed to remove the number . We will see how effective that was.

I just got a call from them saying a complaint had been filed against someone and gave a garbled name that didn't sound anything like mine.  Said to call them back immediately or they will contact the local Attorney General.  No mention was made of money or a deadline.

Just got a call from a rude [***] guy saying there is a warrant for my arrest for their client Global Group Holding.  There saying i deposited a check in my account for $ 2,930.  I told the guy this is a scam and they are full of [***].  The scary part is he knew the last four digits of my SS#.  Before he hung up he said see you in court.

Said I had a complaint filed against x..which I do.. so.im confused here... that was years ago.. they called same time. 3:42pm.. tried calling back got hung up on. A lot.

Who are these people, and how many times do they change their number? Why isn't the do not call registry working? Again, I will be reporting this number to FTC.  The scary part is they are also calling my ex brother-in-law.

They keep calling and leaving a message asking if anybody knows the whereabouts of this person. It's as scam.

**follow-up** After 3 more calls since the one above I finally answered the phone, but not with my business name just in case.  It was the same recording as before, looking for the same person.  So I pushed "any number" to be connected to an operator and explained the situation.  She said that since I couldn't understand the name, I probably didn't know who it was and I said that is correct.  She then said the name of the person on the file and it sounded like the name the recording has been given and confirmed I didn't know this person.  She said she would remove my number from the file and I would no longer get any calls and have a nice day -- click.  She abruptly hung up as I was speaking.  The company name she gave when she answered was "CFS"

The message left for me was asking for a "Gabriel Miller". The man who answered when I called back also said "CFS, how can I help you". I told him i would like to be removed from the list and he said "yeah" and hung up.

they keep calling my aunt in massachusetts, probably because i lived there eons ago. they keep saying they are filing a formal complaint against me. she hasn't said whether money was mentioned or not or if they say they are a debt collector. if the second is what it is then i am going to call my lawyer since i filed bankruptcy and they are in violation if they are collecting for one of those creditors that signed a contract. i'm going to see if i can help her get the number blocked, but they change their numbers. once they know they have someone who is upset at the calls, they will keep trying to call to break them down. i don't want her giving any of my personal information.i do know they are asking about my whereabouts. if this was legit, they could find me easily enough. I'm employed and i am not exactly trying to hide.

Got 3 calls within minutes of each other. One to my cell, my work and my uncle's home address where I stayed for 2 weeks while in the process of moving. Gave me the same BS about owing a debt, but couldn't tell me the name of the original creditor. Threaten legal action, blah blah blah. Its a scam straight up. I have been threaten with a warrant, called my local clerk's office and she ran my name through the state computer, no warrants. She was sure to tell me she gets about 10 calls a day from terrified citizens. These people need jail time.

Caller says... if you've seen (new voice comes on... says NIXON PENNY) now back to the original voice... please call our number 8662327419 or press any key to be connected to someone.  This is about the 5th time this caller has left a message on my answering machine.

This number calls me almost daily they say they have a formal complaint for someone that I do not know!  I talked to them once and told them I do not know this person but they keep calling!  They do not say who they are with.

they have repeatedly called every few months...seems like around income tax time or holidays....scamm....they are even calling my EX husband and my  mother that i have nothing to do with.....enough already....lawsuits will be flying soon...automated with weird computer name input and filed a complaint on my but there is nothing to complain about...wow these people will stop at nothing to scam people...hopefully no elderly or unknowledgeable  person believes this crap
