I called this number because they took money out of my checking account without my authorization. Don't know where they got the information from.

i call this number to they were trying to take money from my account

tired to take out $30.00 for credit card protection which i never applied for,  talked to them and told tham to remove me, then i reported them to my bank. the best thing to do is chg ck acct

I checked my bank account today to find a ACH debit for $30.00 and because I didn't have the funs my back is charging me overdraft fee.  Nothing can be done for the next 7 to 10 days so not happy! What a Scam

This morning June 24, 2011 I notice a $30 dollar charge on my statement, since the number was listed I called and have not spoken to anyone yet but they did give an e-mail address which is support@membership.net.  This is really scary because I'm not sure were they got my information....

They did the same way! I have no clue who these people are! I account was overdrawn almost hundred dollars because of them. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days because of these clowns. I called and they didn't even answer. It just keeps playing music! I'm so pissed. I got my paycheck and can't even pay my bills because it was taken automatically! I'm so disgusted! I'm getting a new bank account.

The same thing happened to me, a $30.00 debit from my savings account.  Trying to call the number now.

They just took money out of my account.  Don't know who they are.

Update, called the number got some foreigner saying that I was qualifed for a membership services account for "consumer protection."  That's BS.  They never would say exactly who they were and you could here MANY operators on other calls in the background.  SCARY.  Advised that I wanted refund and to credit my account.  Given a "refund confirmation No. of ***** (contains 5 digits)." Advised that I would receive a credit within the next 20 business days.  I've alerted my bank, but I'm sure like "jj" and others, best thing is to get another account.  That's a big pain.  These folks are ruthless, I'm sure.

they are a payday loan protection company.  I was told same thing 20 days for refund when it only took one day for them to take money out of acct

I had the same thing happen to me. Told them if they ever tried to take money from my account again I would report them to the Dept of Justice in my state. I too wonder where they got the information from.

The same happened to last Jun 24 payday they took 30.00 as pmt assist. why should I need assistance to pay my credit. What a scam! Maybe I should change my bank, too.

I called this number as they have tried to called me a few times and then I saw some unknown charge for $30.00. When I saw all of these comments, I went back to my checking account, put two and two together and realized this is the company that took my money. I called them and I could barely understand the lady that I talked to. They somehow had my name and my e-mail address and said it was for some loan protection. The only loan I have is my house loan and it surely wasn't them. So I threatened to call my bank and report them as fraud as well as the authorities and told them I'd be going to my Att Gen and also the Better Business Bureau. All in all she said they'd give me my money back and I told them to erase any information they had about me. I told her if the money isn't back into my account within a few days or I receive another phone call, let alone a charge...I will not hestitate to bring the authorities into it as well as my bank, etc etc. I am going tomorrow to get my bank account number change, along with both mine and my husband's debit card numbers changed. I watch my accounts like a hawk, logging in multiple times a day and I also watch my credit report like a hawk too.

This just happened to me today. I went in to my checking account to pay some bills and there it was.These thieves ripped me off for $30.00. I immediately went to my bank. They said it would take at least a minimum of 10 days to investigate this.I tried calling the # and got nowhere.They said I joined a credit protection service online BS!!! I didnt join anything! What a scam. Who do we report this to?

these people have to be reported to federal trade comission
i was trying to apply for payday loan and they must of accessed our info. even if 75% of the people get their money back these people are making fortunes on those who dont call or dont notice. i recommend that everyone call the federal trade comission/ they regulate all financial parties in us including banks/credit cards/ and any company that processes electronic transactions.
