This number called me at work about payday loans that I took out in 2010 that have been settled through Relief LLC. He asking for paperwork to be sent to him. He had the nerve to call me at work and ask my supervisor could the come on the property and arrest me, for loans that have been settled two years ago. I call an attorney and said this is illegal. These people buy loans that are closed and try to collect on them again.

I got a call from this same number. But the person tells me that they are calling to have me pay for a dept for a furniture account that I had back in 2009. Is this place a legit business?

im not sure if this business is real but they have been calling me as well on a payday loan that i paid 2.5 years ago.  they are threatening to serve me papers at home or my work. i would love to find out about this business and possibly take legal actions.

Folks, debts owed are not a crime in America. You can be sued civilly, but that's it. There are no debters prisons or workhouses for hundreds of years. Police do not, repeat, do not get involved with civil process. Any threat to arrest you, is a lie, and an actual crime itself. Don't fall for it.

Well i received a call from a women by the name of Angela Martin at Transglobal she was very polite and professional. I paid them exactly what i borrowed. I have a paid in full letter and 3 months after I paid them I noticed that summit group was no longer on my credit report. They gave me receipts for all my payments and also sent letters to my address unlike some of these other companies I dealt with in the past. I think that companies collecting on payday loans have been given a bad rep but this company is legit.

This is a scam. No collection agency can contact you regarding any thing criminal or federal. They re lying.. What they don't know is that I work for a company similar to this that collects on payday loans. Let me tell y'all something.. They can't collect on a payday loan.. It is illegal to collect on a payday. And nine times outta ten.. You've probably paid it off already.. Contact FTA immediately.. My name is Tanika.
