This organization has called my minor child repeatedly over two month's time. When she answers, they refuse to talk and I cannot fathom WHY they are calling in the first place.

I called to inquire who they are. The CSR would only state CBE and when I pushed harder, she said that they provide "personal services" (??) and refused to tell me more, claiming I had to "tell her who I am" (a JOKE) first to get that information?! Needless to say, it got ugly, fast.

I am reporting them to the FTC and FCC and I suggest you do the same. They are an aggressive company that feels they are not accountable to the people they HARASS, including minor CHILDREN.
