Piece of crap debt collector using illegal scare tactics to try and scare you into paying a debt that they cannot prove that you owe or may not even owe. Don’t verify any information or promise to make any payments. Good chance statute of limitation has already passed. Pay them no attention.

Debt Collection agency that tried to come off as a representative of a local courthouse.  Extremely shady and illegal tactics used for debt collection.  Do the proper steps from your side and his scare tactics mean nothing.

Jerks causing me problems at work. They have been told not to call me at work anymore, but keep calling. They call ant threaten me with a law suit. That I am going to be served at my place of work. They will not send me anything I the mail even when I ask them. Then they get rude. They just want my bank card info so they can take the payments out of my account. It's bad enough that they have the information about me that  they have. I will not jive them anything without anything in the mail.                

Called saying his name was Roger Banky. Left number 8662448379 x145. Said he had papers come across his desk with a legal matter attached to my social and gave me the last 4 of my social.  Said I had til the end of the day to call back or papers would be going to my local courthouse for me to be served.
