They first call you up and tell you they are some made up law firm, and that you are being sued.  If you call them back when they answer the phone the receptionist answers Eastern Capital, and then when someone finally talks to you they answer "litigation dept you are "",  If you call them on it the lie.  They say they never said they were lawyers and even if you've gotten 2 phone calls a day from them for the last 3 weeks they tell you this is the first call we ever made.  Next time I am going to make sure I will keep a record of their harassment, and call my own lawyer.

Have called my parent's house looking for me (I haven't lived there in 20 years...), and saying it's regarding a court matter and I was being sued, then gave my dad a supposed docket#.  Of course, my elderly dad is convinced they are suing me for something.  Whatever...fraud!
