Got a call from this number.  No message.  I called it back, music was playing and it said, " Your call is very important to us, please hold for the next available representative."  I did not wait, but hung up.  If they did not want to announce what company I am calling, I probably don't want to talk to anyone there anyway.

They called again later today and did leave a message this time.  Apparently it is First National Bank of Omaha calling to collect a late payment. I am a few days late and do not have the payment to submit to them right now, so I won't answer.  I will make payment as soon as I get the money.  I can't pay what I don't have.

They just called right now. they seem to call every other hour or so. From about 8:00 am until 9:00 pm, They never leave a message They call on my secondary line that I had to have when I was  on call for my job. That number is unlisted I have had it for over 20 years. I also never gave that phone number out except to family members and my employer.

This is a scam you idiots. When you call back it is clearly not a real company. They say they are from whatever bank you have because they have acquired part of your personal information and are waiting for you to foolishly give up the rest! Tell your local AG.

they called my house twice today. I called them back and they want my info first before they tell me who they are. The only thing they say is they are card member services. I refused to give them any info if they can not tell me which company they are calling for.

How do you get these people to stop calling you. They are looking for my deceased brother. They don't want to tell me anything beyond "This is a private business matter between him and the bank. They call about once an hour and I've called them back offering to try to help them settle any issues but they won't tell me a thing and just tell me to "ignore" the call if I've already...."  how do you ignore 8 - 10 calls per day to a deceased person? If I have to change this phone to unlisted I guess I will, I want to help them if they have an issue but all they say is they are sorry for my loss ignore the call, how do you ignore eight or more calls a day???????????

I would suggest calling your carrier and asking if the call can be blocked.

I can confirm that this message was from First National Bank of Omaha. I just realized last weekend that I was late on my credit card and got a call from them first thing on Monday. They didnt leave a voicemail and I didnt recognize the number so I didnt pick up until the number called about 5 times. I asked and they are not a collection agency just the late payment reminder section of the bank. I agree though, they need to revisit how they do these calls.

I've been getting calls on my cellphone and at my office from this number.  I don't have any dealings with First National Bank of Omaha so I don't know why they would be calling me AND they have my office number as well.  They called my office 4 times today, of course no one is ever on the phone when you answer.  If there was someone I could talk to I would tell them that I have never done business with them and they have the wrong number.

These people have been calling me too and I do not owe them any money. The person who owes them had my number before me.  They do not seem to have stopped but I have an idea on how to deal with them.  Put and ad in "Craigslist" "Rants and Raves" section that reads
"If you want to Harass someone!"
    "Call *66-261-2122 during business hours"
"These jerks are loan collectors that harass innocent people"
"by mistake and will not stop"
"have some fun and tell them off"

if enough people do this they will have to listen to people when we tell them to stop.-Lets do it!

I too have been getting phone calls by them.  I am talking over 10 per day.  Each time I answer the call and there is no one there.  After calling and chewing out the lady who works there, I found out that you can send them a letter demanding they cease and desist calling you in the future even if you have an account.  Their fax number is 605-668-5535.  This company's business practices are horrid at best.  They obviously do not know how to maintain a phone system.  I will do everything I can to make sure nobody else ever has to deal with them.  NEVER EVER open an account with First National Bank of Omaha.

It's First National Bank of Omaha, calling to inform their AMEX card holders that their payment is late. Not a hoax, just pay your bills on time and you won't be called by this number!
