Pre-recorded lady's voice and a day later what seemed to be a live man's voice.  Caller ID number 1-800-982-0484.  There are a ton of complaints on this number  Left vague message about business that couldn't be left in a message.  Told to call 866-265-5286.

Collection agency, filed FTC complaint, will send C and D as soon as name of company surfaces.

man's voice said he couldn't leave a message because of what it was about and said to call this number and at the end he said he was the "tax collector."
Don't know why he is calling me I have paid all my bills.

Another call from these people.  A bona fide collection agency would have all the info they need about who they're collecting from, and would also send info in writing to you.  These are rogue collection agencies just trying to intimidate people into paying them, and unfortunately it works - a lot of people don't know the laws and the fdcpa, so they're bullied into paying something they don't owe to a company such as this, a company allowed to use illegal tactics and make money at it besides.  If everyone would file complaints with the ftc and attorney generals offices, maybe they'de get fined enough to stop harassing us.

A woman (with a vaguely East-Accent) identified herself as Kim Robinson with National Action Financial Services.  She left this number on my voice mail three days ago with a vague message about a debt.

Oops--I meant an East Coast accent.

It was a ghetto girl this time calling talking about it is imparative that I call them back. 866-265-5286

i get a call from this number at least 6 times a week...I work for the collection industry and know that I do not have anything on my credit record becuz we run random credit checks all the time...Mind you they call at all hours....7 a.m on Saturday mornings...11 p.m on Sunday night...How can we get them to stop...I am not going to call them back....and I will never answer...

We get these calls at least once every other day going back 3 weeks now. First it was a man's voice, today it was a woman. The message always starts out as if they have been talking to the machine, so it is always in the middle of something. They never ask for us individually or, state the business they represent. Just that there is a debt they are trying to collect. I have no unpaid bills. I have decided it must be a scam and will report it.

Our home receives a call at about 10am each day and another at 4pm each day from someone leaving this number, and has for weeks now.  Very irritating for them to have the ability to harass people like that.  Won't state who they are asking for or in regard to what "bill".  Definitely an attempt to harass someone into responding by just calling and  calling with autodial equipment to leave messages.  I'd like to know exactly where to report them.

They are in the buffalo area, (Williamsville NY). That's the debt collection capital of the U.S. I personally like to answere when they call. I play along and act worried till the end when I finally go off on them. You wanna call me and waste my time, I'll play along and waste some of there's as well !!! LOL !!!!

Hi I get this everyday and if you call the number it says it has been changed Has to be a scam.

Same problem - debt collector repeatedly calling - no one at my house by that name.

I have had this company call me on several occasions.  I called the agency and gave him my number (not my name).  He asked if I was Scott.  I told him no and he said he would remove the number and then hung up.

Receive daily call from this number when we try to call back was looking for someone that doesn't live at our number said he would take us off the list.

I get a call at least 5 times a day from this number. Answer it I get a recording, don't answer it I get a voice message. That says absolutely nothing to the nature of the call.

I keep getting this number calling me at all hours of the day and night. They leave a very vague message that I only hear half of and tell me to call this number.  Who are they and why are they calling me?
