Unknown caller they call at least 10x a day every day and never leave a message.

Started calling about 2x a week about 3 weeks ago and this week so far (today is Thursday) it has been every day and today they called me twice before 10:30 am.

they call me numerous times a day and never leave a message and when i call the number back they do not identify themselves and immediately ask me for my phone number

Started a week ago several phone calls a day beginning at 8 am.  Other numbers as well that I looked up .  All debt collectors.  My bills are all paid and have very good credit .  Do why me?  Ten calls yesterday!!!  How do you get them to stop.  I ignore all .  When I did try to answer once just silence on the line.

Called six times a day for the last five or six days. It's a call center but they won't give me any other information about who they are or what they want so I've blocked them.

They kept calling and no answer . I texted them and no answer . They re waste time .

I don’t have any association with JCPenny and yet they keep calling and calling. Up to three times a day. I doubt it’s JCPenny

Collection call center harrassment, they phone repeatedly. Person asks me if I'm Lucy. I tell them no one named Lucy lives here. They won't stop calling. They won't leave a message when phone not answered. Nuisance calls.

It looks like some other people have indicated that it is JC Penny.  It appears that Synchrony Bank issues the cards. Now you can look that bank up on the internet, and send them a not me letter. I would send it certified, return receipt mail so that you can prove they got it in case you have to sue them because they did not stop calling you.
