Was a very probing call, claiming to be from Blue Cross-Blue Shield.  My in-laws here in Michigan received two such calls from this number.

I got a call saying they were Care Mart

I got automated call at work asking for my spouse, claiming it was CVS.
Pretty certain it's a collection agency.

I received several calls from this number stating it is CVS Caremark.  They have my name, but if I call back as instructed they ask for my birth date to confirm it's me.  Caremark is my insurance company's drug insurance, but I never order anything online from them - always pay as I go at the drugstore.  I decided not to give them any information.

Said it was CVS Care Mart.  Don't use them for any meds but they are my associate with my Health Insurance company.  Wanted my DOB and said they already had my account number.. Pretty sure it is either a $$ scam or trying to steal my identity.

I got the exact same thing.   This is a scam of some sort.  And they had previously called 3 X earlier and left messages.

I am getting calls from a private number that sounds like a recording calls, then a person, comes on, Melissa is her name, and she says she is from the CVS corporate office and has some drug information about my prescriptions. She won't tell my husband when he answers.  I get on the phone, and she wants my birthdate. I ask to call her back and she says I can't.  I tell her I called CVS and they have no record of anyone calling me, and she says they wouldn't have that info.  I was told by the pharmacy at CVS that they could tell on my account is someone from the corporate office called.  I told her I thought it was a scam, and she said that's ok. The information wasn't all that important!

These scammers called me too. I NEVER go to CVS so they really have no reason to call me.  AND they called me and not on my number, it was a family members number. What LOSERS!

Computer call tried to get me to say "Yes" or "No".  Claimed to be CVS Caremark with an important messgae,  told me to call back and give a seven digit extension number. I called the real CVS Caremark and they didn't have any message for me and knew nothing about that extension number.

Smells like PHISH!
