Got a call from this number around 9:00-pm. Since CID read 800 service I did not answer, and they left no message.

Always calls and is an automated call.  I don't talk to machines!!!

It's the NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY, they are a scam looking for money.

THey called my mobile phone and i rejected since I don't answer unknowns.  I called back with my number hidden. It is the National Rifle Association asking to be a member. I already am a member so I don't know why they called. I blocked them.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I have no idea who it is, but I want it to stop.

Its the National Rifle Association, The MF'er call night and day trying to mooch money from PAST (Which I'm Because Of these Types Of Calls) and present member.

No it's the National Rifle Association soliciting money and Members. Call back the number and you will hear the greating yourself.

Unwanted call received at around 7:45 p.m.  Not answered.  No name listed.

They say NRA but it is not the national rifle ass... It is a national recovery ass.  Looking for money blocked the number.

Linda if you would bother to dial the number you will be given the option of talking to a representative of the NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION, It is not the National Recovery Association.    

Doesn't matter if it is National Rifle Association or National Recovery Associatiom, still bs phone call I don't want.  Block it.

The number is a "spoofed" number. The real number displayed is the National Rifle Associations number, so if you call back you will get them ____  But you are not being called from this number. The callers  ate displaying the National Rifle Associations phone number, but they are not calling from the number displayed.  They are using a machine that hides their number and instead provides this number for your caller ID. The people really calling you are the National Recovery Agency, They are a telemarketing agency hired by an anti-gun ownership groups, lik, Mayors Against Guns and Mayors Against Gun Violence ..... mostly funded by Democratic billionaire, Michael Bloomberg.  They are using an ingenious plan to get gun owners mad at the National Rifle Association. They want to politically neuter gun ownership groups like tyhe real NRA. They buy lists of gun owners and call them day and night as harassment and if you answer, they usually hang up and if you call the displayed caller ID number, you get the real NRA so you think it has been them harassing you. Pretty scummy and pretty devious. What can you expect from the Left.

Makes sense because I've been a member for awhile and just started getting these calls.

Caller claimed to be the NRA and said my firearms license has expired. I don't own nor have I ever owned a firearm. They call several times a day 7 days a week.

The only "license" for a firearm you'd be getting a call about would be a state carry permit/license if you have one. That would more likely come from the county rather than the state, and the feds would have no reason to have that info and call you. They're making stuff up.

They called me tonight (sunday) at 8:30. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer it. They left a 30 second voice message of someone breathing like a crazy person. I googled this number and found this site. I called the number back and it was the NRA line. I bought a gun about 2 months ago, so I believe it is true that anti-gun activist using dishonest methods to get people against the NRA.

Call the number back, listen to the message and there is an option to have your number removed.

The NRA has nothing to do with your concealed carry permit.
