This is Fido calling if you didn't pay your bill on time.

It's Fido.  Just got a voicemail from them.  Charging me for those premium texts and I refuse to pay.

I was called again today after 3 no-answer calls yesterday. This time an automated message asked me to hold the line and then an 'actual person' did come on the line and identified themselves as from Fido. I do NOT have a Fido account - but - someone has given my phone number as their home phone number. It could be a simple mistake or it could be that they want to avoid repeated bill collection calls. She said they do not call from a list - so I assume the computer generates the numbers to be called from account information given by Fido customers. I have asked them not to call again. We'll see.......

WISH they'd have posted as "fido" vs the number.

They're generally reasonable.
I would count this number as VALID for the most part, if you're a FIDO customer.
As a non-member, you may have been used on co-signing for a cellular service? Relative who defaulted?

Yup. It's Fido calling about over-due bill. Yes it's legit. Yes they are very reasonable and quite nice.
