Yes. It's the servy for the ftc. It's volontary.

Got several calls form this # and refuse to answer the call.If I don't know the # I will not answer to the calls.

Yes, it was a survey from the FTC about my previous day's phone complaint. I did the survey, about 3 minutes. I didn't give them high marks. But I called them on a different complaint last year, and the agent was much better.

The number is from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), it  is a legitimate call. Follow up to a complaint I made a day or so before about phone phishing scam I was targeted in.  Be very wary of any calls proporting to be from Sallie Mae. BOGUS phishing scam.

why would the call appear as "not provided" - I called FTC because I got calls from unrecognizable #'s and they do the same thing - makes no sense - why not list FTC as the caller!

Got a call from this number today.  Didn't know who it was and didn't answer. Left no message.  I had just called the FTC yesterday about scam phone calls.  Don't know if this was them calling back or not, if so, why didn't they leave a message.  If it was them, it wasn't the number I called them.  Also, don't know why their name didn't appear so I could see who was calling.

They keep calling my landline with a caller ID of 800 Service and the number 866-287-7747.  I do NOT answer calls from unknown numbers.  I googled the number and found that they are harassing hundreds of people, so since I do not know who these scammers are.

Dont know i answered they were silent i screeched cause been getting hang up calls all morning harrassments have had atleat 10 this morning alone..tired of it!!

Today I received a call from the Same Number, Same Message!  Does FTC call for a survey over the phone?
