This Time Warnerrepair service for confirmation of a service call.

The first call from this number, I didn't get to the phone in time.  I checked the voice mail left but there was nothing there, they hung up.  I thought it must have been a misdialed call.  The second time I missed the call again and the same thing occurred although I realized someone is trying to reach me and not leaving a message.   Why not?!!!   I check the number on this site and find out it is Time Warner.  

I have had terrible, horrible and outrageously bad customer service from this company.  Their internet service has now been down, intermittently for hours, for 5 days and cost me a lot of time, money and inconvenience for me and other people who expect me to be reliable.  This company charges top dollar for their service and equipment but is substandard.  When you call to remedy a problem, they so very obviously, don't care about their customers.  

PLEASE NOTE: This is definately a corporation that follows a profits over people policy.  Can't get DSL in my area so I'm gonna have to go with satellite internet and TV now!

Three calls from 866 293-3391. Rings 3 times and stops. Activates voicemail but no message is left.

It's from Time Warner to confirm an appointment. Just call back the number and follow the instructions to confirm your appointment.

Got a call from above no. both on land line & cell phone.  I have call blocking.  Don't know who from but if you are going to call me, either leave a message or DON'T CALL,
