Just got a call from this number, they were looking for my husband. When I told him (Hector) that he is not at home right now, he asked me to pass on a message to my husband. He gave me the phone-number 866-296-7952 Ext.1108 and his name. When asked, what this business is about, he said that it was about a letter mailed to him with my husbands SS#

Called a friend of mine, had my name & SS#. Have reported it to Social Security and possible fraud chase sources.

I received a call today and the woman asked for Eric.  I told her that Eric wasnot at this number.  She asked me when he might return and I told her never as Eric doesn't live here and I don't know any Eric

They have been calling my phone every day for months.  How do I stop it????

Keep receiving calls from 866-296-7952.  They are all automated and that is a debt collection against my husband.  He has NO outstanding bills.  We ran his credit report which was impeccable.  Obviously some scam, but how do we stop it???

Obvious financial scam company.  Computer calls about a debt collection.  I have no debts.

John called me at work and home - insisted that I had a credit card debt from over 10 years ago....I kept asking for the address, etc very sketchy and he became v angry and threatend to file a claim in my local courthouse.  1866-296-7952 x 5960

They have called my work place and harrassed my employer regarding contacting me.. When asked who they are they refuse and state they will just file a claim with my local sheriff and have me arrested.. This is obvious scam HOW DO I STOP

Sheila called asking for my sister saying they want to help her because they know she has 4 kids (lol no she doesn't). They called me from 918-948-6241, but asked me to have my sister call back at 866-296-7956. I asked to be removed from the call list or i would report the number to the police for harassment.

They keep calling me question part of the information like my social date of birth. Told my husband it was about a job I had applied for I returned the call and it was a woman asking me to verify my social and date of birth. Please be aware anyone who gets to call her name was Laura.

They called me from this number and asked if I knew a Jeff B..  I have a son by that name.  But they had the wrong birth date.  They still wanted Jeff to call them back.  They are a collection agency at www.fmsdc.com.

I got a call from this number 786-398-5177 and left a msg telling me to call 866-296-7956. How odd is this? Her name is Vicky.

866-296-7956 ext 5921 continues to call me at work. This company calls 4-5 times x day.
They have left messages on my answering machine and spoken to co-workers.

Received a call last week asking for my deceased mother. When I informed she'd passed 2+ years ago the lady asked who was handling her estate. My mother as sweet as she was, had no estate as she was never financially responsible. The lady requested I submit her death certificate and a power of attorney to discuss the confidential matter. In my opinion it took over two years for the first call- I'm not sending anything without knowing what for that clearly can't be that important. The lady ended the call with stating she'd handle the situation as she felt fit then.  I've received two more calls since.

Harassment with debt collectors is defined by the "debtor". She is harassing you and legally has to stop. Ask for the info to send the death certificate and send a cease and desist letter. She will then legally have to leave you alone. She is wasting her and her companies time trying to collect from someone who is deceased.

I am sorry for your loss.

1/27/15 morning time: I received a call at work they left a message with my coworker from 866 - 296 - 7956 ext.2881 a Mr.Godola. Googled it and found all of your comments. They have been calling for days too under unknown or private #'s I don't answer it! See the comment below on company name and CEO, thanks for info. on here..lots of good stuff. Thanks for sharing. I ran my credit reports a month ago...since then..these people have been calling and I don't have or know these people or agency FMS/Financial Mgmnt Systems/Service.
