    It's Wachovia with some "special" offer.  I called the number back and it goes to voicemail - you can then press 1 to not have them call you back.

    Allegedy "Wachovia Bank". They never had this unpublished number. Yes, it's also on the do not call list. I'm sure they are not Wachovia. Maybe some reps for Wachovia got itchy and sold a few thousand names/numbers and who knows what other info.
