I got a phone call from someone at this company who claims they are a law firm.   They aren't what can I do abou stopping this

Really?  This woman named Angela Grant claims that she has an Active Court Summons that she is going to serve me at home or at my place of employment. She claims its for "Check Fraud".  Ummm, yeah.  I don't write checks.  I don't have checks.

I think this is because of a "PayDay Loan" that these people went and deducted from my checking account after I called them to make payment arrangements.  Needless to say, because they went and deducted this money from my account without my approval, I had about 12 small charges bounce.  I think the total in NSF Fees I had to pay was like $800+ dollars.  They cost me more than the loan and the 888% interest.

Anyway, I would like to report them for "impersonating a law enforcement officer", harassing me, and Slander since I would not do such a thing.  Too bad Ms Angela Grant (probably not her real name) and All State BS Collections company doesn't realize I have a pretty good high powered attorney I will be handing this over too tomorrow.  I am curious who else this is happening to and if it is from the Cash N Go Place that likes to rip people off.

they keep telling my child i am going to be sued they have a warrrant i am going to court scaring him to death yeah they took 1765.00 from my checking account they are very harrassing and necver call you back the way they say they will no they wait until your not home and scare your family to death they even told my child that i was dealing in stolen goods LMFAO! they stole from me!

I just got the same type of call from them. The caller stated that there would be police at my job to serve me with an arrest warrant. I filed bankruptcy and this has to be against the law to harrass people in this manner.
