- AnthonyI get at least 3 phone calls a day since I've got my phone from Fido. These calls come at all times of the day and there is never any answer and when I try to call back theres nothing no dial tone or ringing. Someone please put a stop to it!!!!!!!!!!
- EldorI'm getting those calls also. I don't answer, and they never leave a message but the calls are coming in about an hour apart during the day now. Maybe 6 or more calls per day!

- HenryHi. I am in Canada. I received 2 long distance calls from this number (+1-866- 301-5302)yesterday afternoon and another one this morning. I have called back and got the same thing: there is only voice message answering the phone. I left a message allow them to contact me via home phone!!! I am now trying, on google, to find out who calls from this number. And I see these comments.

Henry - JohnMI just answered a call from this # and was put on hold with music without anyone saying a word. I HATE that. I only stayed on hold so I could tell off whoever finally answered. It was Fido Customer Service wanting to do a survey. I told them my advise was to never call people and put them on hold like that, and hung up.

- SarahThis is the Customer Service number of FIDO. I received a bill from FIDO and found I was charged CAD$120 for 114 mins connecting with this number when I was in US. I sworn I never dialed this number. Am I crazy??? I rang FIDO and complained. FIDO staff said their record showed it was dialed from my mobile. I said “if I rang, I would not talk to you for nearly 2 hours when I was overseas”, and they replied, "some service might keep you wait for a while". What service I need urgently that I was willing to pay $120 for???!!!

- belowmeYes, I too receive calls from this number. If you don't speak a word, the automated message will not initiate and the line will be dropped. I do get the call at least twice in one day and it is infuriating at times.
- LauraI too have been receiving phone calls from this lovely caller and I am fed up with it. My phone is primarily for my parents to call me if there is an emergency and I when I wake up and have 5 missed calls all from this number it really annoys me. I even get them while I am at school
I am also a FIDO pay as you go customer - KierstenI just started getting these calls and I haven't picked up once. But they still keep calling back and not leaving any messages. I hope i'm not getting charged for long distance even though I'm not picking up. I am a Fido customer. How do I stop it?
- JoHellHave been getting call for the past year from that number randomly as often as 3-4 times a day sometime. I called the Fido customer service and the guy told that I had only been called 3 times according to their "system's log" in the last 6 months and was hinting that maybe I was wrong. I said I didn't give a damn about their non-recording log and went on complaining some more. He said I would be removed entirely from the list.
I started receiving calls again in the last 2 weeks after 3 month of break.
Very annoying. Didn't check yet if I'm getting charged for these calls. - AlexI'm a Fido pre-paid customer living in Toronto (416 area code) and I've been receiving calls from this number (866-301-5302). Based on the comments posted here, I'm guessing it's either:
(a) Fido staff trying to push upgrades or perform surveys.
or
(b) Fido employing underhanded tactics to drain your minutes.
I'm calling customer service and asking them to stop. Please do the same. If they don't, we can safely assume it's scenario (b), which means that we should contact the gov't &/or customer watchdog groups to register a complaint against Fido/Rogers. - Jerky SauceCalled me today, I tried to call back but it's a busy signal.

Tried calling back 1-866-301-5302 got a machine answering Italca but could not get further than choose 2 for english.

I know there have lots of cheat in such no-message-call. so what i do is to search the number on internet. then fund this place.
