I called Transworld back so I could find out why they were calling me. They asked my name and I told them but were looking for someone with a last name close to mine. So I asked if they could take my dad's name off the list cause they keep calling him and they said no. He has to call and waste his time on there mistake. If you don't call them, they will harrass you with phone calls. There should be a law against this when debt collectors are in the wrong because like I said they won't stop until you call. ( Even it not being your debt)

I guess that I will be forever cursed with a daily recorded call from this slimy bunch. I have not and never will respond to their message. What a mockery they make of the do-no-call list. And the government sits on its thumb and does nothing about it.

Have received 5 calls in the last week from a woman calling from 866-307-0544 who simply says "good-bye" and then hangs up. I have also received a couple of "recorded message calls during that time frame from Trans World Systems about some debt collection from someone who does not even live at this address. I have just immediately hung up on them.

Definitely debt collectors. Getting calls from them claiming to be trying to collect on a medical bill. Thing is.. I have a payment arrangement with the doctor in question, and while these dirtbags keep claiming I owe the original amount, I've paid every 2 weeks, with every paycheck for 3 months as agreed with the doctor's office and I only owe a three more payments to the cardiologist to have it paid off!

The doctor's office has even told them to desist and they keep calling!

The doctor's office screwed up the original billing..a fact they have admitted in writing.. they had the wrong address for me.. wrong city, wrong street, wrong zip.. wrong EVERYTHING.. which is odd but hey I didn't put the information into their computer and I did give them the correct address when I filled out their forms..

Can't pay a bill when I don't know its due.. Found out about it from the doctor's office in fact when I went back for a checkup..


Since then, I've been making payments to the doctor directly, and I have 3 more payments to have it paid in full.

I've almost paid off the debt entirely and yet that rude woman who answers the phone claims I owe Transworld the full amount!

I don't think so!

Horrible people... wish I knew where they were located.. I'd pay them a personal visit..
