i would like to report this number: 866-315-7101 they call several time and appears as unknown caller on the caller ID. i finally called them, of course using *67 first so they cannot see my # on their caller ID. a recording said that it was bank of America insurance and had a choice to remove your number in their DO NOT CALL list. i hope they do not call again. it takes 30 days to remove the number.
they are the same as the number 1-807-257-6155

I get calls from this number AT LEAST 10 times a week. I never answer though. The caller ID says "toll free"

Continues to call my child's phone number.  Told my husband our account must be past due and asked him for his Social Security Number.  Continues to call.

Called after 9 PM told them that if they so much as ever called this number again I would turn them into the government, and hung up.  I was a down and dirty snot.

Supposedly calling about customer loyalty rewards for our Bank of America credit card, but it was really a way to sell us some insurance. BOGUS !!!

Called it back and nobody answers.

They call my house phone about 10 times a week. maybe even a couple of times everyday

They call CONSTANTLY and I've turned down their offer of BOA insurance nearly a dozen times now.  Looking into filing with the FCC and BBB over this incredible frivilous waste of time.

They call constantly for the guy that had my phone number before me.  I've told them over and over that this was not his number anymore and not to call me again.  They say sorry, OK won't call again and then.... they call again. Today I told them I would report them to Federal Trade Commission (I think that's who you report them to.)  I'm on the do not call for state and national.

As a rule I "answer" 800 numbers and SLAM DOWN HARD. Since the FCC is disfunctional, they gave the raniens over to FTC which really has no experience or jurisdiction in. They just collect the complaints and push the papers and drive their desks. Kinda like that cell phone radiation thing that they sluffed off to the Dept of Agriculture or somthing. They (US Gov) really does not want to deal with it.

I too have had this number show up on my caller id several times a day and they ask for someone, that I'm guessing had this number before us.  I have told them several times that that person is NOT at this number and we've had the number for 2 years.  They apologize and say they will take the number off...the calls continue.  Today I lost it and asked for a Supervisor.  I asked for the name of the company and the address.  I'm sure it is a fake address, because I can't find anything.  Also they say the name of the company is Influence.  They won't say what kind of company they are, except that they sell products to people for other companies. I will not give up until I get answers!!!!!!!  This has boiled down to harrassment!

Ok, I found out everything!  Hope everyone calls the "Global Headquarters" and complains.... The company is called Influent, not Influence.  The number 866-315-7101 comes from their branch in Lincoln, NE.  The website for the main office is Influentinc.com.  The headquarters is in Dublin Ohio and the number is 800-856-6768.

They call my phone approximately 3 - 10 times a day.  They do not say anything on the phone.  I'm furious with these constant phone calls.

This number keeps calling, after we asked them not to more than twice...They are a pain in the but and they call my business all the time as well.

February 3, 2009 12:57 PM MST & February 4, 2009 4:31PM MST, and today February 6, 2009 10:22 AM MST all show up on the caller ID as Bank Of America.  I answered one of these calls on February 4th and they asked for Michelle Booker who is someone that previously had my number, however, I've had this number since Apr 2007 and it is on the DNC.  They said that since Michelle has an account with BofA that they have business with her and therefore the call is not covered by the DNC.  The woman I spoke to said that BofA was offering insurance, and tried to solicit me.  I told her I was not interested and to please stop calling.  She said she would remove my number from their calling list but it would take up to 30 days.  I guess there policy is to call twice a day to someone who already advsd they are not interested.  What idiots!

This number called us at least once per day every day for the last two weeks.  We finally called back and it was bank of America.  There was an option to be put on their do not call list.  What is the good of the national DNC list?

This number has called 2 or 3 times daily for weeks. At first I answered.  The person tried to get personal information from me.  I asked her not to call back.  The calls continued.  They come in on Caller ID as Unavailable.
I am on the state and national DNC list already so I should not be getting these calls.  After reading the first message above, I phoned the number and got my number put on their DNC list.  It takes a month for them to remove you.  I hope it works.
