773-468-8376 CAN I STOP THIS NUMBER FROM CALLING

I have caller ID and do not answer. Answering machine picks up and it is a recorded message; claims to be from my bank, and prompts me to 'press 1 to be connected to a representative' .

Same here I got up to the point with them were they wanted me to verify my info at which point I had called my Citizens bank branch on another phone and confirmed it wasn't them. then I hung up no info was given. Then a few months went by I got a call from them the lady was on autopilot and  asked if the recording was ok and continued before I could answer so I said no really loudly and they hung up.//
