This number appears to belong to some debt collector who calls itself "Mutual." The creditor apparently buys old debt and then pursues the debtor with a vengeance.  The Mutual employee Facebook stalked me then called as many of my Facebook "Friends" as he could, and was belligerent to them.

This so called collection agency continuous to call me and threaten me to pay a debt. I requested a DNC and she stated I needed to make an arrangement. Other than that she was very unprofessional and decided to hang up on me like coward and she is there so called manger.

I received a call on my cell looking for someone else. Very rude people. I don't even know who the person is. They called twice demanding that I call this person and have her call tjem

I got a call today from this number. The person was acting like they were law enforcement. Sure will love busting there bubble that this tactic is illegal. Cant wait to call in the morning.
They are a collection agency

These people have called my family and an ex of mine saying that I needed to call that I have charges against me and that I have one opportunity to call the firm about the chargest against me and that I have officially be notified. I called them at the number I was told to call and was told that I owed money on a payday loan from 2011 that went directly into my account. They refused to send me any paperwork showing that I did in fact owe this money or have this outstanding debt. When I told them it was my legal write for them to furnish paperwork to me showing that this was a legitimate claim I was then told that they didn't have any paperwork that the "locator" had it and I needed to contact them. When the "locator" people called my cell phone (not sure why they called everyone else before calling me, suspicious) they told me that they didn't have the paperwork that Mutual had it and they needed to release it. They just keep going round and about. After talking to both places, the following day they called my sister again and my place of work saying the same thing. My sister told them that I had already gotten a lawyer involved and they would need to contact my lawyer from now on over the matter, they hung up on her.  They are major scam artists and everything that they say and do in these calls are illegal. Per the Fair trade act they are not allowed to discuss your debt over the phone with anyone other then you, they are not allowed to threaten you with jail or charges like that, and if you ask for papers showing that the debt is real and the date and time and company that the money was owed to, they have to send that to you.

Same thing as BRIT, called said owed money for payday loan, no paperwork, wanted money before could answer anything, called relatives, and old relatives, called my work, called sheriffs department and they said a scam.  Very annoying and very rude, they try to bully you into paying them without any proof!!!   Hope they get caught and stop calling

These same people keep calling me at work. The guy identifies himself as "James", but when I did a search on the phone number left on my caller id, I find that it's a landline under another name. But, exactly like Brit, he told me that I have charges against me and that I have one opportunity to call them at a different number from the Caller ID. He also told me that I "have been officially notified". He used the same words as was used in Brit's phone call; so I'm guessing they're reading from script. (?) He left a message for me today saying that he now has my address. What is wrong with these people that they have to be so rude?

Received call stating had claim and I was officially notified, on a payday loan. I contacted my bank with the date the supposed cash was deposited and was notified by my bank that no such deposit was made.  Called my attorney he said this is a scam not to give any information and that you will NOT receive a call stating they are delivering documents, that they would just deliver them.  Also another number used is 888-341-8378 also from Mutual, but also unable to locate any information on internet

Received this call and the person was extremely rude. He had a huge attitude. They said that we had a payday loan for $750, but we don't have one. They also called everyone else first before they called my number.

they contacted my job and "kevin parker" was yelling in the phone about i am being served. he kept asking for my manager but this is my office. he said "you have been notified" like he was some straight to dvd superhero doing his punch line. these people are so stupid because they think everyone can be taken. they got 700.00 dollars from my aunt, so i read up on things like this plus i work for the sheriffs office. they may also use a local number in your city, because the number came up 614 area code. be careful and donr give them any information.
