This number calls like clockwork every two weeks. They are looking for someone who does not live here. They call and leave messages with a reference number everytime. I called back and spoke to a very nasty woman who threatened me they would not take me off of their list and then hung up on me. I was mad so I called back again to speak to the same woman who then put her supervisor on the phone. The supervisor was even more nasty and then told me they would start calling more! I told her I was going to report the number to the registry, BBB and the FTC to which she laughed and then said "Im scared now" and hung up. These people are very nasty and rude on the phone. They call constantly and wont leave us alone! I assume this is a collection agency even though they refused to tell me their company name or what the call was regarding.

t’s a debt collector from the hospital. And they try to collect a debt on my mother. They sent the bill to years later, and stated that Medicare denied the claim. When I contacted Medicare on behalf of my mother I was told that Mercy Hospital put in the incorrect billing code and that’s why the claim was denied. In the patient was not responsible for the bill but they will do whatever they possibly can to try to collect that debt. Make sure if it’s not resolved to contact Medicare and do not send them a dime. I have them in violation right now because it clearly states on the statement that patient is not responsible for debt because provider made the made the mistake
