guh.. these people keep freaking calling my house...
we spoke to the supervisor very brashly and told them numerous times not to call back but they still do...
is there any way to put a restraining order on them?

These people call my place up to 10 times a freaking day. I
CANNOT answer a direct call as I am a Deafened individual!!!
I have it on my voicemail that they need to go through Bell
Relay service.
Also their call start around 7:00am and continue through the
day right up til shortly before 10:00pm. It is damn irritating
and they need to stop!!!

capital one. They blitz people to get their credit card and when you sign up they use these kind of tactics the moment you are a few days late on your payment. Call 10 to 12 times a day starting at 7 am to 9 pm. Never never never get sucked in and sign up for credit with them. They are the worst company ever.

This is Capital One, the George Bush of credit cards. Offer them your grandmother. The silence that follows isn't shock: they're just checking on her Blue Book Listing Price.

Omg these people have called my phone for 15 days straight I can't handle it anymoreeee I don't know what to do I haven't answered once but they still call back they never give up!!!!!

These people call me at least 30 times a day, starting from 8am to 10pm. I am so annoyed. I answer it once and told them that they have the wrong number because they were asking for "Tony Louis" and that's not my name. They said that they will take my name off the list and yet I still receive their annoying calls every day. If someone knows how to stop this, please let me know!

Unfortunately, Capital One uses a computerized calling system, so you'll keep getting calls until your bill is settled. The more days overdue it is, the more often they'll call. At one point, they were calling me every 30 mins, but the worse part was that half the time when I answered, there was no one there, and if I let it go to voicemail, then I'd get a dozen messages a day with random people saying " Hello......Hello....".

In fact,even after I settled my bill, it took 2 weeks to get them to stop calling me.
