Called these people to tell them to stop calling me, what a B**ch the person who answered the phone was...11 calls told them to stop every time but they havent yet...

Why is this phone number trying to call me . They call me up to 3 times a day and they do not leave me a message on my answering machine....

I have been getting this call for over year. they leave a name for a person that I dont even know.
I follow the instructions at the number that the robotic voice refers to leave a message of who's name was asked for. what number was called and they will remove my number. but they never do

It's Bennett Law Offices, a debt collection company. They've called repeatedly after business hours for someone who has never lived here, but apparently had this phone number at one time.
I just called the number back, (7/7/2010 8:25PM CST), explained for the 3rd time, and as usual, they said they would remove the number.
All it will take is one more call, and I will sue for harrassment. I have phone logs of all the calls, and  recordings of the removal promise.

I've been harassed by them as well, personal cell phone, after 9:30 PM EST, and they request "Mercedes".  My cell phone number was an expansion block, and has never been owned by anyone but me (well over 7 years now).

"Bennett Law" leaves a long recording once a week for a person I don't know, and I've had the number in my name for six years.   They use up all of my recording time and are rude as hell.
