I got two calls today. I accepted it and it was a  Mexican calling me. I don't even know any Mexican people from Decatur,Al.

some inmate guy is calling my cell like 9 times and I don't know how is this person. how can you figure it out without getting charge who is this person and why his is calling my cell?

i have a friend and he was in immgrations jail and this number used to show up on my caller id

it's a free number so it shouldn't be billed to whoever receives this call

this number is used when an inmate/detainee in a federal institution calls you from a calling card.  There is no charge for you to answer but very expensive for them  If you get a call and its not for you let them know they have the wrong # because it just eats up their minutes on their card when they keep trying.

this is a detainee calling from a immigration facility (immigration jail)

This number is a phone company that provides service to people in jail that need to communicate with their families or friends outside jail.  Usually is a collect call, but in some cases they are already prepaid by the inmate.  If you receive a call from this number don't be scare to answer and listen carfully to the information and instructions because can be a family member or friend trying to contact you.   Depending on what company provides the service, if the detenee doesn't have money to make a call, they can have a only one minute free to let their family or friends that person has been encarcerated.  It is possible that somtimes you could get this kind of calls by accident due that the detenees not always have their phone contacts with them and can call wrong numbers trying to remember a number.

i have received a lot of calls from the nuber 18663486231, usually at midnight. How can I block this number?

That is correct ,it is an innmate trying to contact u from a county detinion center

I'm tired of getting these calls and the phone company will not change my number!

Someone called me twice, at 10:40 pm ,first time I rejected the call and it went to voice mail, second time I answered and there was an automated  female voice in Spanish asking if I accepted the call to press one or two if I did not accept, obviously I pressed two.
