Called after 5:30 and made it sound as if it came from a doctor's office.  A woman's voice came on after the message and said, "If you received this call during our actual business hours ...something about patients.  Of course the call was after business hours.  I did not return it.

First Source previously know as Medassist is a first party billing company not a collection agency.I am not familiar with their work ethics and practices however I do know of them.

This number calls repeatedly and claims to be a local hospital. If you do call they do not identify themselves, a woman anwsers with just HELLO? I don't think so. this is WRONG on so many levels.
