I have received over 75 calls over the last 90 days from this number and I am not even the person they are intending to call.  I have repeatedly called them, spoken to supervisors and "taken off of the list" without success.  It is harassment plain and simple

this number calls me every couple of hours 7 days a week. Then it alternates with a blocked number. If I call them back, they tell me they're a collections agency for capital one but this isn't the numbeer that shows up when I do a yellow pages reverse look up. Are they legit or what?

This showed up as a missed call on my cell, no name.  When I dialed it back no answer, just a click.  Tried 3 more times, same thing.  After Googling it I found it was a collections number for Capital One.  This has happened before, they want the person or someone who had this number before me.  I have never had a Capital One credit card.  I hate this, I have a terminally ill family member and I am expecting a call anytime, could be from a number I don't recognize as she is in a hospital.

This # calls every day and leaves no message. I am on the Do Not Call registry.
