They are calling with some scam info - they claim to be serving legal papers with a uniformed officer, which is a bunch of bull.  They also never use your name (the person in question etc).

They keep calling the place where I work and stating they are serving papers with a uniformed officer and to put dogs away, then if they don't find the individual  (they never mention a name) they're going to try the business address. This /is/ a business. Not sure what the reasoning is behind it.

Someone name Josh called and said they will be serving me papers. Stop calling me now.

same message that i will be served and to put my dogs away, called them from unrelated number and they have some company i never heard of and have not dealt with.  they called their company 'legal support services'

Yes, I just recieved a call saying they would be at the address on file within 48 hours with a uniformed officer for our protection.  And if they were unsuccessful they would go to my employer.

They've called me twice.

This is clearly a scam. I received three calls from them and when i called back, it wasn't even me that they were looking for. Not sure how they got my cell phone number.

My husband is a police officer and states that a uniformed officer would never accompany a debt collector to your home. So rest assure, no one is "coming to serve you in the next 48 hours..."

I received two calls stating someone at my house will be served within 48 hours with a uniformed officer and to secure any dogs and guns. If they do not get to person they will try place of employment.  They said it was from legal support services and  a man named Vince Meriattie on a voice mail.    Don't know anyone that would be served or why.  I think it's a scam. ON Caller I D It Says Unknown Number.  I am on do not call list and all I get are scam phone calls every day.  I may get rid of phone.  It is so irritating.  Why are these harassing people not arrested.

I was left a voice mail message on Feb 10th 2x in the day & Feb 11th. Stating they have a civil claim against me with my name & social. With file number 2017A 5707. Funny thing is they mentioned my maiden name from 10 years ago. If I want more info about this claims to call 1-866-533-1944. They will be serving me at my employment  with uniform officer & have id ready. They will be there within 72 hours. I live in Wisconsin & the number that called on my phone was 1-608-509-7376 it was the missed phone call. The voice mail message was 1 -888- 283-5899 after I hit call. This was really weird. I know I have debt but didn't think it would happen this way. The caller was Linda Gomez & she sounded with Asian accent. Shy was very demanding like she was threatening. Said she was from Legal Support Services. I looked up the numbers & can't find anything on them. I did call back yesterday like 5x & said the person to are calling is no longer this phone number & I already reported it & the phone call messages & calls are being recorded.  So I will see what happenes in Monday! Thank you for reassuring this is a scam & I hope this reassures everyone that this is!!

Huh ha...mac is the first thing inside my door if you are lucky enough to get past him (good luck) I have a CCL and dont put my weapon away on my property for noone.

Same call with same message. I called back and after being transferred, I was connected to a live person. I told her I just acquired this number and had. I idea what it was about. She told me they were looking to serve "Alphonse Cervantes."  I said there was no one by that name here. I was then told that no one would be coming to my house,  and thanked me for calling back.

Call me on February 22nd 2017 on the voicemail instead his name is Vince that he will from the legal support services and I will be served different make. Secure. Pets. And. Firearm and when they come. Have. My. Id. Ready. If the person that I not here. They. Will. Get. In. Touch. With. There.  Employment.
