Keep getting calls from these jerks.  Identify themselves as law firm Mitchell & Kay.  Asking for my adult son who hasn't lived with us for over 2 years.  Yes, he had some bad debt but has since paid all of it off.  I found other posts with the name of this supposed law firm.  They are crooks!!! Do not answer their questions and especially do not give them any personal information.

This is an automated dialer looking for someone I never heard of. It says if you push the button to talk to someone you are admitting that you are the person they are looking for, so I don't, but it gives no option to tell them I never heard of and quit calling at naptime and waking up my kids and me.!

Asked for a guy named George E. (hiding name for the poor guy). This was on some sort of stupid recording. Of course they got the wrong number, but why are they using real names of folks in such a random way? I cannot believe half of the stuff people get away with doing! For God's sake, don't answer any of their stupid questions either!!!!

call three times but i push the button that say i am not the person they look for.
I call them back, and tell them that no one her by that name

they called and left a message.. they were looking for Melissa and they said they were from  Mitchell & Kay law offices..  and to call back.. I did not

asked for last 4 of social security number.
I told them a fictious number and then they simply stated it was the wrong person.
Total scammers.  only want identifying information.

these people called me and wanted to know the last 4 digits of my social security number  I want to know if they charge you to call the number?

They keep calling for a party that does not live in my household. I advised them to stop calling me on several occasions

Daily calls when I pick up and hang up they call back later from a different number but asking for the same person. I wish they would find her!!!!!

Auto-caller left robot vibe message of debt collection on my cel phone. Call was for someone I'd never heard of. It left a "control number," and said to call back. I called back and spoke to a live person. She asked for the number on which I had received the call, and said that my number would be removed from their database. I never want a call like this again!

Having the same issue as most of you. Keep calling me for someone else even though that number has been my phone number for over 2 years now. For two years I've been telling them this and they are STILL calling me. I wouldn't give them any information either.

They called me earlier today. They were looking for me but I know I don't owe any debt. I called them back and when they said they need to verify it was me and asked for my last 4 digits of my s.s # I flipped out on them and said a lot of bad words. When they said that there are many people with my last name I raged at them saying my family is the only one with the last name (I have a very odd last name I have googled it and we are the only ones)  I told them to never call me again and so far so good.

I got the same robocall scam, Law Offices of Mitchell and Kay.  Creepy [***] asked for my neighbor, who shares a mailing address with me, but who has his own cell phone.  How they got my phone number, I can only guess.  I'm thinking it's time I go to the Feds.

The person/machine that talked at my answering machine mumbled so badly I had to listen and relisten to several of them before I could even decipher what it was they were saying and what the number they were trying to leave was.

stupid recording saying this msg is for XXX if you are not XXX hang up. pause 3 secs, by continuing to listen you are acknowledging you are XXX...

this number is not the number of the person you are looking for they moved and changed the number no longer living at the address you or phone number you are looking for you keep calling its seems to me you have the wrong person so stop calling and if you keep calling will report you to attny general office.

I'm having a ball with these idiots. Luckily the line that they've chosen to infect is my fax number so it's really not a big deal. I just happened to have a free moment and figured I'd investigate. The first time I called they knew the fake person they were looking for, but then somehow after they hung up on me that time they could no longer see my number and kept asking for it. The odd thing is that I don't really understand what they're looking for because the only unwanted calls I ever are from them, so if the point of the call is to get a human on the line so they can sell the number to solicitors then they're doing a crappy job. The bottom line is that there is nothing legitimate about it and if they're calling your main line then I can only imagine the level of frustration, but I would suggest that you get this number blocked and don't give them any information. The real crime here is that with all the fees we pay our phone companies and the taxes taken from our paychecks, this kind of thing can continues without action. Some law firm. They asked for George Baker. I have never heard of him. I figured that he used to have my phone number until I read the comments here.

When they first called me it was all fuzzy and I kept saying hello. I then used a phone that is worthless in my house to call them back and they gave me a crap load of law office. I then googles to see if I could find ttheir law office. Guess I found this instead. [***].

We have been getting calls from this "robocaller" for some time!  This time I dialed the number back and got a foreign speaking woman who INSISTED that we called them!  Kept asking for our SS # and names, of course we refused.  When I insisted on speaking to her supervisor, she hung up!  What happened to the "no call list" and the law on "robocalls passed on Tuesday?  Are they (laws)scams as well?  I have threatened to report them to our state Attny General and the FCC!
