charged my account

I tracked this number down this morning because they charged my acct.  $90 as well.  It is from a teeth whitening company.  I ordered the trial kit and I guess I did not read fine print when it said that it would charge me so much after that.

I was charged $88.97 and am still trying to get my money back!

I was charged $88.97 as well. I've closed my debit card in the hopes the $$ can't be taken out of my account.

Does anyone know what company this is?  I got the free kit off of facebook.

Same thing with us.  We've reported it to the credit card company.  Think that maybe we should report to Proctor & Gamble (sp?), the makers of Crest.

This is a rip off scam!  Now the bank says that their is nothing I can do!  I just got scammed and I hope the people that are doing this rot in hell!

I was ripped off too. They took $88.97 from my account this morning. Bank says to talk to them about a reversal. I did and got the same action. The person who answered said he would "cancel my subscription" but when I asked about the reversal, he mumbled something, I asked him to repeat himself and he hung up on me. I'm with the "rotting in hell". . .

I was charged $88.97 to my card and do not know who made the charge.  When I called the number I am placed on hold and eventually am cut off.

They stole $88.97 from me and continue to hide behind the fact that they are internet based company plus they refuse to give any names of any person who is associated with the company (no ceo, no owner, etc)

They allso toke $88.97 from my account. I've never even looked up anything for whitening my teeth. They are nothing but crokes! I am glad that i bank with Wachovia though, they are taking care of this and giveing me back my money tonite.

I found out over the weekend this company charged my bank acct as well $88.00, I was told by my bank that I have to now weight for the charge to clear befor I can file a complaint or try and get my money back. I am so pissed off exspecially the fact this company or who ever it is is scamming people come on around the holidays. Don't they get that everyone is having tuff times now & can't afford anymore headaches. GUESS NOT, THEY JUST DON'T GIVE A [***]!!!!!!!!!

I got an email from the company saying they would cancel my subscription and refund my account 88.97. Instead they charged me another 88.97. Their email address is support@colonex700.com. Just in case it helps.

called number Sat. sent email to cancel subscription which I never sign up for.  They took $88.97 out of account, am trying to get my money back.  Can not get any ans. at phone number now.

I sent the company an e-mail today stating I have not received their product and that I wanted a refund of the $88.97 they charged me. I will let everyone know if I get a good response that might help you out as well. I sent an e-mail to Customer Support [support@pomevie.com]response I got was from support@genixmarketing.com

OMG......I was also charged $88.97 and Bank of America just told me that they have seen about three or four cases with this company in the last month!!  If you have been charged, you should file a fraud claim with your bank and have them issue you a new card.

Got ripped off also for $88.97. I am going to find these folks and chase them to the ends of the earth to charge them with fraud and sue them for unlawful bank fraud. Is anybody else interested in doing this?

Yes....it happened to me today as well.I reviewed my account with Chase and noticed a debit for $88.97, I questioned it with a bank representative whom stated I would need to cancel my current card and await a new card in 7 to 10 business days.  The bank stated there was no number listed for the merchant, however, I searched the internet and found the number listed on this site.  I contacted them and they stated the fine print.....the customer has 15 days to cancel.....and another bottle of their product was sent out on December 3, 2008, thereafter I was charged $88.97 and it was debited from my bank account on December 8, 2008.  The Representative for this "POMACAICLEANSE" stated once I receive the product to contact "support@colonmed700.com" for return instructions. This sucks, hopefully in this lifetime I will get this resolved through my bank because I doubt it very seriously that I will be resolve it with "POMACAICLEANSE".
