These dirt bags keep on calling. Claim to be from some law office, they guy sounded INDIAN. Don't give any personal info, these guys are scammer scum!!!

Just got a call from some Arabic guy named Sushil?? and he asked for my soon to be mother in law. When I told him that she wasn't home he asked me to take his number and to have her call him back. I could barely understand  him I made him repeat himself so many times I think I got him mad but.  He gave me the number 8663603992. Then gave me his name told me he was from some Mitchel N K Law office.  Then gave me a eight digit reference number. I don't know how this guy would have gotten her number because we don't live any where near an 866 area code!! After reading all these other posts I am NOT telling her to call this number back.

These are dirt bags that buy debts from companies for pennies on the dollar and attempt to collect what MAY be owed or NOT owed.

I just got a call from this number on my cell and when I answered, I heard two beeps and then it hung up.  I don't want to be paranoid, but I got a strange feeling about this call.

I received a call about 8:30 A.M. in the morning and some Indian person who you can not understand ask for my grandson who does not reside with me I told him he has not resided here for about 2 years but he was persisted about how can he reach him I hung up on the idiot so if you get this nut just hang up I shall report him to the no call directory.

Just received a call from this number for the first time this morning @ 10:46am (live in SoCal). Was gonna answer, but since i've read all the previous comments, i'm glad i didn't. I get easily irritated with stuff like that. Who the hell is Mitchell Kay Law any way? Never heard of 'em. So sick of ppl mysteriously getting my # any way. Only thing that SUCKS about having a phone...

Got a call from this number, but did not answer (Not recognized). Glad I did not, after googling it.

these guys are a collection agency & all the [***] who havn`t paid them are in despair hence have a negative feedback but i was a debtor with them they helped me resolve my debt..........they are great

Called here and asked for my sister-in-law who has been dead for 3 years - think they just go through the phone book an look for last names hoping to get lucky -

Got a call from this number.  Anything that comes up toll-free on the caller ID, I google.  Just as I thought.  Another collection agency.  They're getting mighty desperate -- attempting to collect on debts that are 15 years old and long-ago written-off.  Geesh!

This number keeps calling my phone, I've answered it a couple of times but after the normal hello I get no reply so I hang up, normal telemarketing cycle.

866-362-3992 who ever this is they call me at work everyday this week and several times in the past weeks. I forward them to my voice mail but they just hang up. I guess i would rather they hang up than to leave a message.

This number 866-360-3992 pops up on my cell phone on a weekly basis and sometimes 3 to 5 times a week. I am debt free.....so I know I don't owe anyone and never have. My friend who is a paralegal said that law offices don't collect debts....they just serve legal documents. Don't be fooled by these scammers. Oh, almost forgot the name...... William W. Siegal & Associates formerly known as Mitchell Kay Law Offices. Apparently June 1st of 2010 William W Siegal & Associates took over for Mitchel Kay Law. It is just another disguise or avenue to scam people out of money. And yes the guy on the other end of the phone sounded like he was from India. Tell them you are recording all calls from them.....they just hang up. DON'T BE FOOLED!!!!!

Keeps calling looking for somone i don't know. I tell them they have the wrong number and to remove mine from there list but they still keep calling. SCAM it's a law firm from NY that says they are collecting debt for a debt collector talk about scamming. I will be reporting them to the attorney general. Do not give out any info to these people there law firm is Mitchell N Kay and he does not have the right licence to pratice debt collecting.
