These people call 4-5 times a day looking for my son and I tell them he doesn't live here. I tell them to stop calling and they tell me they will call back later and they do again and again. When son stops by and they call he tells them to stop calling and quit bothering me but they won't give up. I have also told them to send a bill statement for the past 4 months and they haven't sent one statement out. This company is calling for Verizon wireless phone. They have sometimes called on cell phones with ID's blocked, pretending they are friends of his or a potential employer. They tell him they will settle for a certain amount but never send anything in writing. They call back and sometimes the amount is more than he owes stating it's the original amount with late charges. It's a different person each time they call and I wish they would stop calling and just send a statement.

These are a bunch of crooks. They have harassed me for over 2 years and I have answered and told them they have the wrong number and to stop calling, but they refuse and continue to call. They leave automated messages on your answering machine and tell you to call back or offer options for you to press numbers to know if they have the right person. I tried that to tell them they have the wrong number, but they still call. They are a bunch of annoying, money-grubbing, scam artists and there are numerous reports about this company (BCR) and they are not good. Search for yourself, you'll see.

Call from 866-364-9836 and 202-607-2731 or unknown or block, they call 4-5 times a day and they are driving me crazy, they are so desperate i havent received a bill from them and also i dont why they keep calling. they are a bunch of crook stop calling

These people called my aquaintances and not me. I didnt know it was legal to call and harass other people when they have the number of the people their looking for. They were rude and evasive.
