    Northland Group collection agency. Automated phone call asking me to press 1 if I am a certain person and press 2 if I am not. After three times repeating this prompt it told me who they were and that they were attempting to collect a debt and requested that I call them back. The call was recorded.

    I spoke over the automated voice and said that I would not reveal my identity, that I don't know who they are, that I have no business with them and that I am not granting any consideration to any commercial transactions with them. Then I hung up. This is what you should do any time a collection agency contacts you.

    I just got a call from this number, 1st thing stated was "all calls are recorded", and then asked me to verify my name and DOB. After telling me they were the Northland Group, she explained that they were a collection agency. I informed her that she had the wrong number.
