This is NCO Financial Systems, a scumbag bottom feeder debt collector.

This is a company harassing me about someone else's debt with the same name but a unior, they are so arrogant that they can't get that thru their head. I am in contact with a lawyer who is going to sue these collection companies that call me and Chase bank

They keep calling my home about somebody else's debt. I never answer.

NCO Financial Systems just called me, it is an automated message informing me they are attempting to collect a debt. They then give a number to call back and a case ID number.  Problem is, that I owe no one anything and the number they provide is always busy and no one can be reached there.

Ya, this same crap has called me for the second time today saying "this is an attempt to collect a debt..."  I don't give anyone my cell number nor do I owe money to anyone.  I'll just ignore it from now on.

This company called me about an American Express debt. I have never had an american express. turns out of course that it wasnt me. She said she would take out my number. The very next day I get a call from them about an Amandas debt again I advised they had the wrong number and if this continued I would have to sue for harrassment. He assured me he would take it out. I dare them to call again.

just recieved a recorded message to call 866-372-8497, when I did call they said that they had this number for James Mckinney, I told them I do not know James Mckinney, he said not to worry about it.  This is the 3rd phone call from this number.

I received 1 call so far from this number and message said it was Clint Miranda and to call this number right away. They did not leave any other information. I did not call but checked it out for scam.

This call comes in multipe times a day at all hours.  I never answer.  I have never had any late payments on anything.  Very annoying

Had the same experience.  Said it was about an MCI account from 1999.  Never had MCI.  Asked for everything in writing and was transferred to a manager who argued with me and tried to say I wouldn't pay the supposed debt.  May have to contact the authorities.

Got a call from these people - hung up and didn't leave message

I always wondered what kind of company has an automated message call people and ask them to stay on the line.  I have always hung up before the automated message is finished because, after all, if it was even remotely important the call would come from a live person.  Just hang up the phone people.

Received a message on my answering machine that stated "they were required by law to let me know that they were a debt collection agency".  We have no debt.  This is a scam.  Do not call the number back.  If they continue to harass, contact the FCC or your local police to report the number.

I have gotten several calls on a number I never give out (my 3rd line).  The recorded message is the same "Please call Clint Moranda at 866-372-8497" and then they hang up.

I received a message on my answering machine to call Clint Miranda, who spoke perfect english! When I called it was someone else in broken english.I asked for Clint and he said Clint was not there a the moment. And he kept talking over me (PISSED ME OFF EVEN MORE). I said well Clint called me and to call him back, he said "that was an automated phone call" I said "no I need to talk to Clint"! HE said "it was a machine that called" me. So haow can Clint be out of the office in one breath and a machine in another?! By the way they were looking for Warren, never heard of him.

these people have called several times  they always leave same message about a past due bill   i do not have any    have read about this sort of scam   look's like there would be some way to stop the harrasement
