I picked up the phone and said hello and a recording came on giving me this number and a message saying it was Scott to call him back.

This is NCO collection services, a commission-based debt collection service.  They buy old consumer debt and try to collect on it.  Notoriously difficult to deal with.

I don't owe anybody and would love for someone to blow this number to kindom come.  Don't call list is no help.  They are calling me and they undoubtedly have the wrong number.  But with a recording, how can you talk to them.  I even tried calling back to explain and get "the number you are trying to reach is not a working number."  If I ever get a real person to talk to they will get more than a ear full.  I am tired of the harrassing calls and want them stopped.

Got a call from this nut-just air-some kind of nut case!!!! Wouldn't respond-sick personF!!!!
