It's from Bell.  Bundle package.

We have recently seen an increase in fraudulent communications from parties claiming to be Bell. Phishing communications are designed to trick you into disclosing your login, password or other sensitive information by disguising themselves as companies you may trust.

Please remember that Bell will never ask you to provide or confirm PIN numbers, banking or credit details via text message or email. If you do receive an email or text message from Bell that you believe to be fraudulent, do not respond.
Keep these tips in mind when you’re online.

Be cautious about posting personal information like your email, date of birth or travel plans on public websites such as social networking sites.

Always remember to create complex, difficult-to-guess passwords and be sure to change them frequently.

Be wary of unsolicited offers, contests and investment opportunities.

Even though I've told them to stop calling me numerous times, they continue to call a minimum of twice a day. They say they're from a company called ICOR (sp?) Marketing on behalf of Bell Canada, and because I'm a loyal customer they want to offer me bundle deals with FibeTV and Home phone services. I told them I'm not interested politely on more than one occasion, and even had one representative argue aggressively on the phone why he thinks I should get the bundle when I've flat out told them I'm not interested and to please stop calling me repeatedly. This exact style of marketing is why I left Rogers years ago. Four phone calls a week, 5 emails and continued mail addressed to me. It was overkill... Way to drive your client base away.

this number keeps calling me several times every day, the person at the other end never speaks so I dont know who it is. I wish they would stop.

Bell Media 3 rd party Scammers....Wake up people and call BELL and report *611    ....I get repeated calls on my residential line from 1 866 379 9004 at all hours of the day, all days of the week, its very random timing. When I answer, they dont speak, when I pick up and dont say anything, they dont speak. So why bother calling? Are they phishing for what  ?

Hi! I receive call from same number but I am going to complain police whether the have any division to deal this type of annoying act.

This number calls me repeatedly it's so darn annoying!

Bell has to be the most annoying phone service provider. This number calls at least 3 times a day and no one is on the other end of the phone for minutes. I have told them at least 100 times I am NOT interested in anything and to stop calling but they never do. Why can't CRTC do anything about them!!!!

They call.me 2 times a day so ignoring

Its legit Bell Canada.. they offered us a great deal for internet and i thought it was a scam, but after contacting Bell themselves and verifying for sure, yes this number is legit and its from Bell Canada.  They offered a TV, home phone and internet package for 99 per month!  I ended up signing for internet only and even got a better deal for what i pay now for internet!  So dont worry, its totally legit.

Getting repeated call from this number, though I don't bother to answer!  Too bad that our government, for which we pay, refuses to do a damned thing about the use of the phone system by rogues.  The Do Not Call thingie, funded by taxpayers, is one HUGE joke!

I've had several calls.  Most times no one is on the other end.  Only once was there an answer after a long pause and it was a woman who could not speak english worth a crap. I asked her what I could do for her and she had no clue as to what I was saying.  BLOCKED!
