Bill-Me-Later scam. Said I had an $11 charge at a Walmart 6 months ago and they never got the money. I only used it on internet, and closed the account months ago by paying them off. They fool you into signing a monthly fee and get you for penalties for not paying it. Stay away from them!

i have received calls from them too and i shouldnt be my account is paid on time .. i wouldnt give these people any information sounds like a rip off

I got a call this morning.  They said I owed over $400 for something.  They had an address I used 4 years ago.  I told them I don't owe anything and hung up.  I was curious so I called the number back... they wanted me to verify my DOB and last for of my SS.  I wouldn't give it to them.  After Googling their number I came to this site.  I think it's BS and I guess I'll see what happens next.

Receiving multiple calls from this number on cell phone, will never leave a message. Have no contact with this number so I refuse to answer the call

This Number calles me 7 days a week at all times of the day. It is a Nuisance

This number has called 2x (8/12/15 4pm & 8/27/15 9am) and left two voicemails about paypal credit opportunity - have not called back!

This number keeps calling my cell phone; leaving messages claiming to be from Paypal credit.  I never answered or called back. I do use Paypal but I never use any credit line of theirs; to owe anything.  Then I knew this was probably a scam when after the  messages of asking for me by name; became asking for someone else by name; on the message.  The most recent message; which didn't address any name; the person had the nerve to sound irritated I hadn't called back to resolve this matter.

Claim to be PayPal Credit but it is a scam!  Always asking for my husband.  Just trying to get info and or money.
