I get calls form 866 383 8956 constantly. i am sick of it and would like to report it to someone with authority as Harrassment.

Calls from 866-383-8956 several times a day and nobody answers. If you dial the # it hangs up as soon as it answers.

The collection agency which calls from this number is a team of collection specialist whom have no idea but dial and try to smile, irritate and never listen to the caller. I am not Debra Ferguson and if you are can you pay your bills? If you cannot there are other avenues to debt consolidation which can help get you out of financial trouble.

Called my cell (embarrassingly distrubing during a class I was teaching) - did not leave a message.

I do not owe anyone money so no collection agencies should be calling me.

F*CKERS call & wake me up when I'm sleeping in on my holiday, then have the nerve to freaking Hang Up on me!!!

Reported to DONOTCALL as always, & going to go find the FTC or FCC site that let's you report "abandoned" calls as well.

I don't owe anyone any money so I have no idea why debt collectors call me.  Everytime they call my cell w/ a new name I tell them they've got the wrong #.

At least the 3rd time in 4 days (including on a federal holiday) that this number has called my cell phone & then freakin' Hung Up on me once I pick up. (also got several calls from "private" and "unknown' numbers this week.)  Why bother calling then??  Just to anger me?

Filled the usual DoNotCall report & an FCC "Abandoned call" report as well.

Finally called the number (usually they're faked or not showing) & had to wait on hold to tell the idiot at the other end that they were calling & hanging up on my cell phone  - the company is supposedly called "credit control" & apparently they were trying to call some random other person.
Supposedly they will be removing my number, but I'll believe that when the calls stop.  

If they dont' I will be contacting their legal department about violating the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collectionstandards act & CA state laws like : http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/legal_guides/dc_2.pdf

This number has called multiple times.  It is a company called Credit Control.  Called the number back and asked them to remove my number and they said it would take 48 hours to remove.
