Been receiving calls on from this number two separate phone lines. They alwys hang up...very annoying.

I came home and there were 4 out of area calls on my caller ID. Another out of area call (probably the same people) called again @ 6:09PM. I answered and they asked for my husband's daughter by name. I said who's calling she said Andrea, I said Andrea from where she said Alliance. I told her that she was no longer at this number (which is true). So she said have her call Andrea @ 866-385-0229.

For the last couple of weeks I have gotten random calls Monday-Sunday and every time I pick up they hang up after a few seconds without saying anything.  I star69 a few times and it is always 866-385-0229.  Who is this?  Its getting really old.

Been getting this call almost daily for a few weeks.  I'm tying it to responding to a craigslist ad that turned out to be a scam.  I just ignore them.

My household is constantly harressed by this number 10-15 times a day as early as 7:30 a.m. and as late as 10:00 p.m.  7 days a week.  It is very annoying.  I have found out this is another one of NCO Financial and Portfolio Recovery bad collection agencies.  Alliance is a company, no one owes a debt to.  These people go after accounts that are over 7 years old and harress you to no end.  They affiliate with Blatt, Hasenmill, Liebsker & Moore also.  The States Attorney's office really should investigate them also.  This is another one of David Israel of Sessions, Fishman & Nathan bad debtors.

These people call from 7am until 9:30 every day. In my case they're looking for someone who used to live here, but never had my phone number. They don't understand that I know where the person moved but I have no idea what their last name or phone number is. All of the people I have spoken to seem to have thick accents and I've been hung up on because I asked for their name. The other day a man calling from this number was very friendly and told me my number was off of their list, but I've had about 3-4 calls per day since then. I just got another call and told the woman I was going to call the attorney general and report harassment, she seemed to understand that.

We receive calls from this number several times a day. They call early, late and on Sundays. They started, for no apparant reason, about a month ago. They are looking for my daughter, who is 30 years old and hasn't lived here in many years. They demand to know her cell phone and work numbers, yet won't identify themselves or state their business. They have the Asian accent and are very rude and hang up when you ask them to identify themselves.

...another who hears from these jokers every couple of house -- on my fax machine! (but they never send a fax)

stop calling my household and hanging up. I have 2 sick children at home and work 2 jobs to support them.

This number calls my cell phone at least three times a day, and just now they called, and as usual I ignored it. Then I GOT A TEXT MESSAGE!!!! And all it showed was the phone number, as the writeen message. This is getting really old, and I'm scared to answer my phone.

i'm tired of these people calling. they never leave a message and call all hours of night and day.

I get these calls daily on my cell.  They never say a word when I answer and leave no message on voicemail.  They are an annoyance and they are taking up my phone minutes for no reason at all.  I am tired of paying the price for this idiocy and want the calls to stop.  I have no reason whatever to believe these calls have one thing to do with me.  I believe this is a part of some scam that no one has figured out the punchline to.

We have got these same calls many different times always looking for someone we do not know.  Most times is a call, no message, and a hang up.

Tell them you think you can contact the person they are looking for and ask them if it is OK to have that person call back on the 866-385-0229 number?  They will probably say "NO" becauswe I tried calling and it says it is disconnected.  Then ask them to please give you their home number to have the person call.  They will say that they do not have people call to their home.  Tell them "you just did to me," and then you can hang up.  Sometimes stupidity can only be reached with stupidity.

Still receiving many calls from this collection agency always looking for different people with spanish names.  I do no ever know the person they are looking for and would love to take the company to court if they are infering that I know the wereabouts of these people.  This can be infered that I am being accused of harboring a fugitive.  Perhaps someone needs to collect from the collection agency.  They AGAIN told me they would take my number off their calling list.  How is it that I STILL do not believe them.  Talked to a Mr. Snow, or so he says, that claimed to be a supervisor.

I have received called from this outfit numerous times.  They ask for my Son who doesn't live here and who I haven't had any dealings with for over two years.  I've asked them to remove my number from their system at least three times previously.  This time when I pushed for information from them they hung up on me.  I immediately called back and asked for the top person in their company.  Someone came on the line after a couple of minutes and I told him my problem.  He said he checked and that in the past when the attendant removed my number that procedure wasn't done correctly.  He assures me he has now removed my number correctly so we'll see.
