These scumbags sued me. they buy debt and collect on it in court. SCUM

got call on my cell from "withheld" # said they had legal documents that had to be in my posession by tomorrow! said he couldnt tell me what was in re: to but if i didnt respond the case may "go on without me"!..Gave me a case number & 8663853552.

They called my son, leaving a message on his cell saying that they have a case against me, left the case number and that HE needed to make sure I got it.  I haven't heard from them since they harassed me at my last job 7 years ago when I asked them what debt they were collecting.  Never heard from them again.

Funny that you posted same type of message on same date but different site. And a different name! People, dont be scared of getting sued. This guy is a fake. He works for them and is just trying to make you afraid so you will give him money. Please read up on zombie debts, fair collection pratices and SOLs for your state
