Call on my cell phone, Did not answer and they left no voice mail

Called my cell.  Did not answer and left no voice mail.

Answered my cell phone and all I heard was background noise. No one responded to my multiple Hellos. When I hung up I realized it was from this 866 number.

I received another call from this number. The person said they were calling because my car was due for service by Bill Pierre Chevrolet in Seattle. I let them know that I had been thinking about bringing my car in to them, but because of their idiotic phone calling I would most likely take my car somewhere else.

I received another call from this phone number today and this time answered it.  The last two times I didn't answer and no message was left.  The lady asked for me, although it was obvious it as a cold call/solicitation because she could not pronounce my last name.  I told he to take me off their soliciting call list and she said it was not solicitation but she would remove me.  We'll see....

This number calls my cell phone three times a week at about 5 oclock. They never leave a message. Very annoying. Don't want to unwittingly sign myself up for something by answering it.

I have received multiple calls from this number. No one ever there when I answer

I just got a call from this number at 7:30 PM.  I didn't answer, and they left a voicemail...kind of.  It was just dead air, and kind of sounded like someone breathing into the receiver but I guess that could have been static.  I've seen a few messages saying it's a Chevy dealer service call, but I own two Fords....

They are following up on auto dealer service.
