Called asking for my son, left a case I'd . I called back, it said presently unavailable,  please try call later. It's a scam and now they know my numbers good. Who do we report this too

Received calls on home, work and cell phone asking for me and said to call back with a case number. They also called my parents and I am
An adult living in my own home. I called and asked who they were and said they were an agency in Bakersfield California with a case against me. I told them I was reporting them to local police and social security agency since they seem to have my SS # which I did not confirm with them. They have called three days in a row and I am ignoring. SCAM. Ignore calls

Messages left on answering machine for my brother's ex-wife (divorced years and years ago) with a case number and saying they're taking care of a claim against her.

Called my husband and me several times on our cells, asking for my daughter.  Saying they have a case against her and cannot give us any information.  FYI, if someone has filed a case against you, you will be served PERSONALLY with a summons & complaint.  There will be no calls!!  These are scammers!
