Got call from 866-397-3641 @ 9:00 AM- did not answer

Receive calls from this number daily.  Caller unknown, but read on another site (800notes.com) that it is Embarq or a telemarketer for Embarq.
Caller hangs up before voice mail/answering machine.

Switch to Verizon or another carrier---that is the best way to escape Embarq's telemarketers

I dont know who is calling me from this number, however i would like to know so i can see if it is someone that should not be calling me or if it is very improtant maybe a family member we do not know that might be calling.

Whoever calls from that number does not leave a message and they call all hours of the day

Received a call from this number. Caller I D showed Dialer Port #60. No answer left on answering machine.

called me 2X today- did not answer- no message

this number calls us morning, noon, and about 6 p.m. Drives us nuts! We're old and move with difficulty!

I'm with Verizon and just received three calls from them within the last hour, so apparently switching doesn't work.

It's a phone service for inmates in prison, My friend calls me from texas through this service, it won't leave a message on a machine because it's voice actaviated. once you say hello the message will start.

Called, didn't leave a message, get these a couple times a week

I do have several people that call me from prisons from numbers like this, but whenever I say hello the message never plays.  I can say hello three or four times and it never comes on.  This number keeps calling and I get no response.

I answered my cell phone. they said they were centurylink, checking the lines.  since I have a cell phone, no land line, I hung up. who are they

I got a phone call from this number and it claimed to be centurylink making second attempt to ask me making some payments. Since I don't use centurylink and pay all my bills on time, i just hung up. very suspicious.

They actually left a message and said it was century link, leaving an 888 number to call back.

We had trouble with our internet with century link.  Guy came out and fixed it.  We got a call from this number with an automated message that they had fixed the issue and apologizing for any inconvenience.  If we needed any more assistance to call etc etc etc,  Its just a follow up call from century link.  Shows as dialer port # 57.

This number is actually for Century Link / Embarq.  I just spoke with a Service Rep and they were calling to check in about the services I have with them.

I have a Verizon prepaid cell phone and I have received 5 calls from this number today! Every time I answer there is no one there.

Daily Calls.....sometimes 3 times daily....there is no one on the line, but it hangs up after 30 seconds.  My phone makes a sound like a camera flash.  This is very disturbing.  Someone should make it stop.
