Some guy called my job and he was asking my co worker what was the address to were I worked. he gave her a case # along with the 1866-399-2678. Do these people come to your job? They threatened me with a summons.

Received a call today from this number 866-399-2678 a person by the name of Sasha Harrington left one of my family members a message stating that I was going to be served and arrested for writing  bad checks, I have never wrote a  bad check, and I want to press charges against them for harrassment, I can I do this and how do I go about doing this, I asked them for thir address and compay license number they did not give it to me they hang up on me everytime, I told them I want to send them a cease and assist letter but they want give me the information so I can do that, so where do I go from here>

A Daniel Lau from ACS (1-866-399-2678 - Extension 358) called and left me a message stating they would persue legal action if I did not call them.  The message was intended for a person whom has never lived at my address.   I called back to leave a message and tell them to not call again, and instead got yet another call and threating response stating that they (ACS) are a legislation company and to go ahead and complain, after calling me an idiot.   This is harassment and I dont have time for it, but can not allow these people to go on making such calls without reporting this w/ FCC, do not call, etc.

Don't put up with their crap.

I demanded they send proof I actually owed the debt. First they said they do not send verifications by regular mail as they are a "paperless office" - yeah, right. They emailed me no contract, nothing showing I owed anything, just a very short letter claiming I owed the debt which had ACS Group LLC in it's letterhead but NO return physical address and NO email address.

The next time they called I ripped them to shreds over it. I told them until they can show me a contract with my name on it and proof I actually owe anything that as far as I am concerned they are nothing more than a bunch of scammers and ripoff artists. I also reported them to my state AGO.

I am FED UP with these darn scammers. Get an honest job, you losers! I hope you all go to jail.
