I received a call from this number, one of my children answered the phone and asked to speak to their parent. When told we weren't in, they began asking MY CHILD for personal information. My child hung up and began hanging up on them because they continued to call back three times afterwards.
But this time it was KEVIN, with a strong Indian accent.

I received calls from this number also.  They have an automated person saying who they want, who they are (I think) and a reference number to write down.
The automated system is so garbled I can't understand who they want or who they are.  I waited on hold to speak to a person and one never came to the phone it will then give a busy signal.  I called the number to see if I could speak to someone and got the same thing going to a voicemail and then to a busy signal.
My caller I.D. says 419 when they call. No other numbers just 419.

I received the same call with the garbled automated message and caller ID of 419.  Female w/ east indian accent.  She sounded as if she said she was calling form UCD.
