- annoyed| 1 replyThese people are frickin idiots. They just left a message stating if I do not contact them, they will take a different course of action. Of course, this may be an account that is being dealt with by an actual law firm/credit resolution service. Regardless, they have broken the law and I have had it.

- Aggravated| 1 replyCalled me about a supposed credit card debt but only said that it was an HSBC credit card. I have never had a credit card like this. I have had a Mastercard, and a Visa but never an HSBC. They would never tell me anything more about it than it was an HSBC credit card. They said that they had to make a judgement today on the account. However, how can I make a determination of identity theft if they do not give me enough information to deal with properly. They act like I am supposed to just admit to everything and they get whatever they demand. NOT SO WITH ME!!! I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission for Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) violations. Read the law and be armed against telephone bullies.

- jeffkc44 replies to AggravatedHSBC is a bank that issues Visa and Mastercards. Any credit card you had (Visa or Mastercard) was issued by some back, all Visa and Mastercard does is act as a clearing house of charges, the money is lent by the back that issued your card. So probably you had a Visa or Mastercard through HSBC they are one of the largest credit card issuers in the country.
- Mr. SWhere is the company website? I can't find it and I would never pay unless they were to also give me a physicall address as to where they are located.
- A.NThis is a low class collection agency. I would not even respond to them

- dorothy hallThey called a very distant acquaintant and said I gave their number to reach me. I don't even know this persons number. This must be some kind of violation..Anybody know who to report this to.
- LSCalled but didn't leave a voice mail.
- LGThese type of collection agencies should be shut down. They are not collecting for the original debt holder but bought the debt for pennies and in turn making their money by harassing people.

- PMKeep getting calls from this number, called them back. Person who answered the phone got irate with me and hung up when I started asking him questions.

- PrivateI received a call from this number and when I answered they transferred me, answered the call and said They were receiving the call. I verified yes I am the one correct name speaking to them. He then asked to verify my information (i.e. Address, etc.) I said I cannot verify information over the phone, what is this for? He said Debt Collection for a credit card. I said what company, where are you located? He said I have all your information and need to verify it first. I sais then mail it to me. He said We've already done that which is why we are calling. I can't talk to you if you don't verdiy information. I said I don't live at that address and will not say or agree o anything over the phone as that is not safe and secure and I am protecting myself from identity theft! I then asked, could you please email me via a secure web messaging or emailing communciation system to ensure it is safe? He hung up with no other words!

- JoelThey are phishing for your personal information, credit cards, bank accounts etc.
They are a criminal enterprise.- Caller: Credit Card Processing
- GregHave no idea who they are
- DennisThese guys buy old debt that was charged off for pennies on the dollar, then call and try to get you to pay it. Most of these old debts are outside statute of limitations and they legally can't do anything but harass you to try to get you to pay it. But, if you pay any amount you restart the clock and this then becomes a viable debt again. If you can find their address, there are numerous cease and desists letters on the Internet that you can send them, return receipt to prove they received it, and the calls will stop.
- AnonCalled me about someone's else I don't even know and didn't want to tell me who they were SCAM

- Jessica D.I have had my cell phone number for 5+ years. Yet, periodically I get credit collector calls for an Erica Reynolds (not sure on spelling). It is so frustrating to have been given a number that the person prior did not pay their bills and for years now, various collectors have called for her to my cell. However, the female from this collection agency that I spoke with today was professional an polite.
