Rotech - Durable Medical Equipment billing handled by AllianceOne.  Not much help.  Typical Collection Agency attitude by many of the personnel.  Some try to be helpfull and others do not.

Recieved one call from 866-418-2772 on Jan 10.  Did not answer and no message left.

Same as the Alliance One calls, it's for some bloke named Randy and not me. The jerks call me every day. I have a DoNotCall on my cell, but still they call every single day. I just cuss them out.

These people are nuts. They asked me to pay a wheelchair bill that I have never seen... they call every few days and every time I asked to have the bill mailed and they never have... If you hang up on them they keep calling back!! I finally figured out what the company was and called a local office who says all biling is handled thru them... the local office can't even mail me the bill... I told them they have a BIG problem... no one in their right mind will EVER pay a bill without having seen it!!!

I keep getting these ROBOCALLS. They start out 'Hello, Don't Hang Up, Please wait for the next available attendant. It is important we speak to you' ... If it is SO IMPORTANT they speak to me, why not have an attendant on the line when I answer? This has been happening for over a year. They are calling my place of business and I do not have the time to set on hold waiting for someone to come on the line, and I refuse to do it.

Rude collection agency calling for Summit Healthcare Service. I just put them on the blacklist on my phone.

Rotech  they handle durable medical equipment.  Pretty good with equipment,  sorry with supplies and communications. I ask how much with insurance payment on supplies.  Lady said she would call me back.  had the stuff 2.5 months before anyone sent a bill over $400.  I did not have and terrible on the call before you ship.

It's Rotech Healthcare's collectors. Thank God for this site. I would have fallen out of bed to answer the phone. I have a matter of principle with them. They messed with me, strung me along, and mishandled my account. All is fine and squared away in my opinion, but I am returning the favor by paying them ever so slowly. Balance is under $50 but they won't see it until end October. Mess with me? Don't try it.
